Privacy policy
This privacy statement covers the owner's private, single-user Google integration with a locally hosted personal assistant.
Information accessed
When the owner grants permission, the integration accesses Google Tasks, including task titles, notes, dates, and completion status. Other Google services, such as Calendar, are accessed only where separately authorised or configured by the owner. The integration does not request Gmail or Google Drive access.
How information is used
Data is used to maintain task lists, show upcoming commitments, propose schedules, and track progress on the owner's requests. Planning metadata, such as estimated duration, location category, and cognitive complexity, is stored in a local database on the owner's computer.
Storage and processing
OAuth credentials, authorisation tokens, and local planning files are stored on the owner's computer. Data may be processed by a locally hosted language model to interpret and prioritise tasks. The owner controls the computer and its local backups. Information is retained until the owner deletes it or revokes authorisation.
Sharing and notifications
Data is not sold to advertisers and is not used for advertising. If the owner elects to receive reminders or summaries through Telegram, the content of those messages is transmitted through Telegram's infrastructure and subject to Telegram's data practices. If the owner chooses to use a cloud AI profile in place of the local model, content sent to that profile is processed by the selected provider under that provider's terms. The Google integration itself does not intentionally share Google data with unrelated third parties.
Security and controls
The assistant uses account authorisation and restricted local files. The owner can revoke this application's Google access at Google Account third-party connections and delete locally stored tokens and records. Revoking access stops future API access but does not automatically remove existing local copies or messages previously delivered to Telegram.
Contact and updates
This application is operated for its owner's personal use. For access, correction, or deletion requests, the owner manages the local files and connected accounts directly. This notice should be updated if the application's processing or sharing practices change.
